Rajive Maret

Rajive Maret, Vice President/Director of Property Management. As Director of Property Management, Mr. Maret brings over 10 years of property management, asset management and operations experience to the D&F/LTD organization. Mr. Maret is responsible for the overall management of the day to day operations for D&F/LTD's residential portfolio which consists of over 1,400 units of cooperative, tax credit, project based and tenant based voucher section 8 housing. Mr. Maret also supervises policies, procedures, insurance, safety and legal issues.

At D&F, Mr. Maret works with federal/state/local agencies, lenders, investors, syndicators, etc. to ensure full regulatory compliance for the portfolio including, LIHTC/SLIHTC/HOME/HUD/FHLB, etc. and the projects profitability while also overseeing and managing his staff.

Prior to D&F, Mr. Maret was the Regional Manager for The Dermot Company and handled the day to day operations for over 2,300 residential units in New York City.

Mr. Maret has been in the real estate industry for over 12 years and received his BBA Degree in Finance from Pace University.
