Brian T. Pritchard

Brian T. Pritchard, Vice President/Director of Property Management. As Director of Property Management, Mr. Pritchard brings over 16 years of property management, asset management and real estate development experience to the D&F/LTD organization. Mr. Pritchard is responsible for the overall management of the day to day operations for D&F/ LTD's residential portfolio with consists of over 1,400 units of cooperative, tax credit, project-based and tenant-based voucher section 8 housing. Mr. Pritchard also supervises policies, procedures, insurance, safety and legal issues.

At D&F, Mr. Pritchard works with Federal, State and local agencies, lenders, investors and syndicators to ensure full regulatory compliance for the portfolio, including LIHTC/SLIHTC/HOME/HUD/FHLB, etc. and the projects' profitability, while also overseeing and managing his management staff.

Prior to D&F, Mr. Pritchard was the Director of Property Management for a large Pennsylvania-based property management firm where he oversaw 27 properties totaling 3,200 units, in 8 states.

Mr. Pritchard received his BA in Political Science from the University of Tennessee and is both a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and a Licensed Real Estate Broker.
